Delivery and Returns
At Delcom we recognise the importance of getting your order to you fast. That's why we always aim to despatch the same day and send our goods via courier on next working day delivery. As soon as the order is completed, you will receive a tracking number via email, so you can track your order online via www.ups.com, or by logging into the 'My Account' section of our website
In most cases we are even able to offer free programming on the next day delivery service, thanks to our efficient engineers who programme radios in our on-site workshop.
UK Delivery Charges:
UK order value up to £29.99: £3.99
UK order value £30 or more: FREE!
Saturday deliveries are available, guaranteed before 1pm. Please contact us for price as surcharge may apply, depending upon weight and value of your order.
International Shipping:
International delivery charges are calculated at the checkout, and are dependant on the weight of your items. Please add the required items to your shopping cart. Once added to your cart you can obtain a shipping quote from the shopping cart. If the items are already in your cart then please click here to get a international shipping quote.
NB: We are currently in the process of updating the international shipping rates as a result of securing further discounts with UPS. If the shipping cost you are offered seems too high, or the system fails to offer you a price, then please contact us. For large quantities please also contact us for shipping discounts.
Returns Policy:
Problems are unusual when dealing with us, however if for whatever reason you need to return an item, we are more than happy to offer a full refund or exchange providing the item/s are complete, in their original packaging, unmarked and it is within 7 days of the delivery date. This is as per the distance selling regulations. Please note that 'personalised' items (e.g. radios that have been programmed) and business to business transactions are excluded from this policy. Where equipment is damaged, marked/soiled or not elegible for a refund, but still returned to us, then a carriage charge of £9 + VAT would apply for return of the items.
Items returned within 7 - 30 days are elegible for a refund, provided that they are in their original packaging, unmarked and it is within 30 days of the delivery date. Please note that we may, at our discretion, charge a restocking free - this is normally 15% of the total order value, or £9 + VAT (whichever is greater). We reserve the right to refuse refunds on 'personalised' equipment, special order items, business-business order - or where the equipment is in a non-ressaleable condition. Where equipment is damaged, marked/soiled or not elegible for a refund, but still returned to us, then a carriage charge of £9 + VAT would apply for return of the items.
All faulty items are replaced under the manufacturers guarantee or warranty. It is initially the customers responsibility to return faulty items to us. Items alleged to be faulty are checked here by our engineers, or sent back to the manufactuer, prior to replacements being sent. We aim to process all faulty item returns within 7 working days. Where items are found to be not faulty then a return carriage charge of £9 + VAT would apply, for return of the items.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
