Advances in radio equipment have led to communications hardware becoming increasingly easy to repair. Most modern two-way radios ship with a manufacturers 2 year guarantee - and thanks to modular design, even accidental damage is relatively easy to repair. We're pleased to be able to pass these savings onto our customers.

We offer 4 levels of maintenance contracts for companies looking to budget for every situation (and we don't charge you for the 24 month manufacturers warranty you should get anyway!). No surprises, no catches  just simple structured fixed price costs covering faults and damage to your equipment in the first 5 years. Our maintenance contracts can be purchased outright at the time of purchase, or paid monthly, quarterly or even annually!

 

Level 1: Faulty Equipment Under 36 Months Old - £FREE!

 

This should never happen, if it does we take it very seriously. If we supplied the equipment and it develops a fault within 36 months, we fix it free of charge - normally it's on it's way back to you within 48 hours. No questions asked, if we can't fix it; we replace it. Every major manufacturer radio dealer should offer you a minimum of 24 months warranty free of charge as that's what most manufacturers offer - but we can go further, by extending this period and guaranteeing a quick turnaround.

Level 2: Faulty Equipment 36-60 Months Old - from £15pa per Radio
If we supplied the equipment and it develops a fault outside our standard warranty period then we fix it free of charge - normally it's on it's way back to you within 48 hours. No questions asked. If we can't fix it we refund you the £15 as credit towards a new radio!*

Level 3: Accidental Damage Insurance (under 60 months old) - from £29pa per radio
This should never happen, if it does we take it very seriously. If we supplied the equipment and it develops a fault within 36 months, we fix it free of charge - normally it's on it's way back to you within 48 hours. No questions asked - if we can't fix it; we replace it. Just like our faults insurance, if we can't repair the radio then we offer you your money back as credit towards a replacement.

Level 4: Accidental Damage + Faults Insurance (under 60 months old) - from £39pa per radio
A free repair for all damage and faults, affecting the radio within 60 months. If the radio is non-repairable then we offer you your £45 back as credit towards a replacement!*

We've got one more trick up our sleeves...

Our Two-Way Radio Fleet Management Service does all of the above, but also allows you to track which branches have which assets.

In addition you get the option of pre-approval for repairs, centralised reporting and the ability to have a self chosen online catalogue of radios, spares and accessories helping to standardise your fleet.

By assigning a quota of equipment to each branch you can track your budgetery spend on a 'per branch basis' and prevent overspend occuring as a result of unneccessary purchases. Delcom asset label all your equipment free of charge, maintain your secure radio asset database (or your own companies internal system) and provide a dedicated helpline for your staff to call.

Our friendly helpdesk staff will log all requirements and requests from branch managers/representatives and pass them to your chosen head office staff for approval. No approval - no charge! Otherwise, once you give us the go ahead, we'll send programmed goods/repairs out to your branch within 48 hours!. Oh, and our fleet management service is also FREE.

*Credit applies only if the radio has not already been serviced by us. Accidental damage repair insurance does not apply to loss/theft of radio. Inclusion of an existing radio fleet into a radio contract is subject to status,condition and at our discredtion. Pricing is assessed on an indivudal basis and the nature of usage and risk factor will be taken into consideration when a quotation is offered. A reasonable fair usage limit to the number of repairs per radio that are undertaken. Repairs carried out at Delcom's discretion and only where the total cost of repair is less than the value of a like for like replacement, thecost of previous repairs and work undertaken previously may be taken into consideration whethr it is economically viable to repair a radio (for example a radio with an existing repair may not be possible to repair again without permanently damaging it). Faults insurance does not cover damage or faults arising from accidental damage, innapropriate use, water damage or heat damage (these items are however covered by the accidental damage insurance). Maintenance contracts must be taken out at the time of purchase and cannot be retroepctively applied to purchases made from Delcom. Monthly, quarterly and annual payment plans offered at our discretion. Minimum period 1 year, prices based on a 5 year agreement. Credit is subject status, written details upon request.
